This course is designed to develop future human resource managers and leaders to meaningfully contribute to organisational success by developing skills and knowledge in people management. The degree provides students with an understanding of the people management challenges within contemporary organisations. It will begin to build students' skills in communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving.

All applicants are required to have a Bachelor's degree in a discipline other than Human Resource Management when using prior qualifications as a basis for application, with equivalents considered.
In addition to off-campus and on-campus delivery, this course may at times be delivered in a mixed-mode, which will combine on-campus (including weekends) and off-campus sessions.
