The 100% online and accelerated Graduate Certificate of People and Culture is a program for HR professionals who want to build and champion positive workplace culture. Students build skills as an holistic HR professional with a person-centred approach to workplace success. This course also enables students to gain appreciation of the role of mental wellbeing and diversity in the success of a business. It develops an understanding of how to shape workforce and organisational culture through the use of HR analytics, innovation, inclusion and wellbeing practices.

All applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, or Business Administration. Alternatively, applicants may apply with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management.
This course has been accredited by ECU as an AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate Award.
