ECU's 100% online and accelerated Graduate Diploma of Project Management has a strong business focus. It builds on the foundational units of the Graduate Certificate of Project Management to develop a higher level of project management capabilities and a broader focus on the strategic side of project management. Students learn how to align project management and the delivery of corporate strategy.
