This unit further develops knowledge and skills gained in units such as Financial Processes in the Arts, Managing People and Arts Production Planning. It examines in detail the project planning and management activities undertaken by an Executive Producer when mounting an arts production. The focus is on operational planning and accommodating all project inputs from rehearsal to acquittal to ensure successful project management outcomes.
