The development of creative ideas, realisation and execution of those ideas, is a core benefit that an advertising agency offers its clients. This unit analyses the importance of creativity, innovation and design with respect to contemporary consumers’ wants, needs and behaviours with a view to developing and producing a persuasive creative campaign. Brand management, image and corporate identification are all evaluated in relation to the consumer with numerous industry examples to enhance key aspects.
