In this unit, students will learn how to apply knowledge of marketing strategy to using digital platforms to promote and develop artistic careers and projects. The Internet has become a key resource for the innovative marketing, distribution and development of the arts. Students will consider the opportunities and particular issues the internet presents, including how social media platforms can be used effectively in the arts. This unit will help prepare students for professional life by enhancing their ability to develop, promote and market their work using a range of digital platforms and resources.
