Description

In this unit students will begin research and development of their Honours thesis.

Prerequisite Rule

Students must pass CCA5101 and CCA5102

Equivalent Rule

Unit was previously coded CCA5201, CMM5104

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this unit students should be able to:

  1. Conduct sustained research on the project defined in their research proposal.
  2. Develop their Honours thesis.

Additional Learning Experience Information

In the Thesis Preparation units the student will prepare for submission of the thesis proposed in CCA5101. The study, and its progress, will be closely supervised by an appointed academic supervisor. The preparation of the thesis will be done with the support of the supervisor. It is probable that at least one draft thesis will be prepared prior to the submission of the final thesis.
