This unit examines change management in as a strategy in the clinical setting, which involves: planning, tracking and managing processes in order to effect change in the health care environment. This unit aims to equip students with the ability to operate as change agents in order to lead and manage the change process. As a component of this unit students will construct a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates their management of change in their healthcare setting.
On completion of this unit students should be able to:
