The scope of this unit includes investigation of the research problem; data collection and data analysis by applying appropriate methods and techniques; written and verbal reporting on the progress of research, including achievements, as well as effective communication of any problems encountered with the conduct of the research.

In the Honours Project units the student will implement and prepare for submission the project proposed in CSG5127 Research Proposal. The implementation will be closely supervised by the appointed project supervisor. The preparation of the submission will be done with the support of the project supervisor. It is expected that at least one draft submission will be made.
