This unit is specifically designed to teach social science students the frameworks relevant to their research/creative/work-based projects. Students will learn to define, plan and present their individual projects using relevant methodologies for the social sciences. Methodologies covered in the unit will vary depending on the needs of each student cohort. As part of planning their project, students will be expected to access and critique relevant primary and secondary sources.
Dependent on topic choice, possibly seminars or lectures and tutorials.
On completion of this unit students should be able to:

Students please note: The marks and grades received by students on assessments may be subject to further moderation. All marks and grades are to be considered provisional until endorsed by the relevant Board of Examiners.
