Description

This unit is undertaken by students who have previously undertaken Cyber Project 1 and 2. In this unit students will finalise their chosen cyber project and report on all aspects of its completion, including detailed documentation, user manuals, lessons learned and other deliverables as defined in the original project plan. Students will also present their final outputs to their project stakeholders and peers via an appropriate collaboration platform.

Non Standard Timetable Requirements

Students undertake this unit in an accelerated delivery mode over 7 weeks.

Prerequisite Rule

Students must pass CYB6012 and CYB6013

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this unit students should be able to:

  1. Reflect critically on the outcomes of a cyber security project in terms of lessons learned.
  2. Report on a complex cyber security issue.
  3. Communicate the outcomes of a cyber security project to stakeholders.

  3. Critical self-reflection.
  4. Project challenges and opportunities.

Students will engage in learning experiences through ECUs LMS as well as additional ECU l

Additional Learning Experience Information

This is a capstone project unit designed to create an authentic learning experience for students undertaking a project directly aligned to their course learning outcomes where students can demonstrate the discipline knowledge and skills acquired throughout their degree. As such, this unit is not considered as part of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) requests.

Students please note: The marks and grades received by students on assessments may be subject to further moderation. All marks and grades are to be considered provisional until endorsed by the relevant School Progression Panel.
