Description

This unit involves the identification and implementation of research project.

Prerequisite Rule

Students must pass 1 units from EMP5111

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this unit students should be able to:

  1. Conduct a preliminary analysis of the results of the project.
  2. Implement a project.

Unit Content

  1. Implementation of the project proposal.
  2. Preliminary analysis and evaluation of the results of the project.

Additional Learning Experience Information

Under the close supervision of the supervisor the student will carry out the first stages of the project, analyse and evaluate the results.

Description

In this unit students will continue to carry out their research project.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this unit students should be able to:

  1. Complete all preliminary field and laboratory work including pilot studies and trialling of methodologies (which also includes surveys/questionaires).
  2. Complete some research.
