This unit provides students with a thorough understanding of the application of computers in the product life cycle from initial concept formation to final production. Students learn how to apply modern computer aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) tools to efficiently solve complicated design and manufacturing problems.
Students must pass 2 units from ENM1102, ENS1115
