This unit provides an introduction to design and build web sites. The unit includes: an introduction to web authoring languages to build and maintain web sites; web file organisation and management; standards for web tools and accessibility including W3C standards; incorporating graphics and digital media into web pages; and design and development strategies for interactive Web-based information systems.

On completion of this unit students should be able to:
Students will attend on campus classes as well as engage in learning activities through ECU Blackboard.
