The unit explores workplace culture, mental health and work stressors, as well as positive workplace behavior, and these impact employee health and wellbeing. Interventions and mechanisms for promoting healthy workplaces and employee wellbeing will also be examined.
This unit will be offered in an accelerated mode over seven weeks.
Students must be enrolled in T38 and T39 to enrol into this unit. T39 students must have completed a minimum of 40 credit points to enrol into this unit.
Unit equivalent to MAN6724.
On completion of this unit students should be able to:
