In this unit students will examine and evaluate the WACE ATAR music courses, and the concept of 'set work' teaching. Measurement and evaluation in music education will be examined, along with further development of practical and management skills relevant to the classroom music teacher. Management and organisational skills pertaining to high school music programmes will be examined.

Using or having access to unauthorised materials in an exam or test.
Serious outcomes may be imposed if a student is found to have committed one of these breaches, up to and including expulsion from the University for repeated or serious acts.

In this unit, students will examine and evaluate the WA senior music syllabus and the concept of 'set work' teaching. Assessment in senior secondary music education will be examined, along with the further development of practical music and teaching skills relevant to the classroom music educator. Constructing units of work for senior secondary music programmes will be examined.
