  1. Assemble and organise primary and secondary sources.
  2. Demonstrate a working knowledge of music notation software.
  3. Demonstrate a working knowledge of various music research tools.
  4. Understand the conventions of scholarly writing.
  5. Use technology to research music-related topics.

  3. Fundamentals of notation software.
  4. Library Catalogues.
  5. New Grove.
  6. Sibelius.
  7. Writing and Referencing.
