This unit will concentrate on the study of specific professional-level advanced artistic performance techniques in Contemporary music. In particular, students will be exposed to complex rhythmic, harmonic and melodic elements necessary for professional creative music interpretation. The unit will also be centred on the continued development of performance skills with an emphasis on presentation and critical evaluation.
On completion of this unit students should be able to:
