In this unit advanced skills specific to their instrument will be further developed through large ensemble rehearsals and public performances. Students will apply and demonstrate these advanced skills in sight-reading and large ensemble playing. The development of leadership skills in a large ensemble setting, along with the view to being able to contribute to the professional music industry will be focal points.
On completion of this unit students should be able to:
