The unit enables students to learn practical clinical skills with clients under supervision of a registered clinical psychologist. Students must have completed or be concurrently enrolled in PSY5197: Psychological Assessment (or an equivalent unit) and PSY5198: Clinical Psychology 1 (or an equivalent unit) to enrol in this unit.
Practicum may extend beyond semester dates to meet all requirements

Students will attend on campus classes as well as engage in learning activities through ECU Blackboard.

Formats include direct observation of performance, videotaping of student and client interactions, direct feedback from supervisors, case presentations, and review of report and other documents.
