This major provides students with a core set of relevant technical skills that will enable them to practice at the engineering technologist grade in the chemical engineering field. When students graduate from this unit set, they are expected to have gained an understanding of heat and mass transfer, chemical thermodynamics, chemical reactors and general engineering concepts, which will enable them to contribute to solving problems faced within the chemical engineering industry.
This unit set information may be updated and amended immediately prior to semester. To ensure you have the correct outline, please check it again at the beginning of semester. In particular please check the unit and unit set offerings, as these differ according to course delivery location.
