This minor is designed for students wishing to pursue a career in the planning or development sector. Urban and regional planning is an expanding sector of the economy and increasingly requires graduates to have a thorough grounding in business knowledge and skills. This minor equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to function as business professionals and industry participants in contemporary urban and regional planning organisations. Please note that completion of this minor does not provide recognition as a corporate member of the Planning Institute of Australia. Course Exclusion: This unit set cannot be studied under the Bachelor of Planning course.
