This minor provides students with a specialisation centering on the management and development of international hotels and resorts. Students gain knowledge in key areas, including rooms division management, food and beverage management, contemporary issues (such as technology innovation, climate change, terrorism, crisis management and globalisation) and international resort management or sustainable tourism development.
