Food and Materials Technologies: Home Economics Minor

This minor allows students to investigate teaching pedagogies and methodologies that use a problem-solving approach, which is an integral component of Design and Technologies, and is common to all subjects in the Technologies learning area. In addition, students investigate issues associated with teaching for life-long learning in a practical hands-on areas associated with Foods and Materials Technologies: Home Economics, one part of the Design and Technologies learning area,
