This minor provides a complementary set of biomedical units to many degree structures that can potentially qualify the student for entry into relevant postgraduate vocational programs, as well as provide vital background studies for the entry examination for postgraduate medicine. It is suited to students with a biological background who are interested in science-based careers with a strong emphasis on theoretical as well as laboratory-based training.
