Law research at ECU concentrates on specialised research in areas covering from Cyber Laws, Human Rights and Comparative Law. Specific postgraduate research topics are developed in conjunction with the postgraduate coordinator or potential supervisor, however applications are particularly encouraged from those with an interest in: Cyber Laws Artificial Intelligence Hybrid Warfare Criminal Law Human Rights Comparative Law International Contracts Sustainability Corporate Social Responsibility Researchers in the school are currently involved in projects investigating Comparative Laws in Asia, Human Trafficking and Human Rights, Terrorism, Law of Armed Conflict, Hybrid Threats and Hybrid Warfare. The School also offers access to state of the art facilities that can be utilised for research and collaboration with industry partners. State of the art visualisation and video conferencing facilities also enable researchers to collaborate with other students and academics around the globe.
