Political Science research at ECU concentrates on the politics of leadership, political psychology, environmental politics and the Asian region. Specific postgraduate research topics are developed in conjunction with the postgraduate coordinator or potential supervisor, however applications are particularly encouraged from those with an interest in: North Korea Studies Environmental Politics Chinese Studies Political Psychology Researchers in the school are currently involved in projects investigating the Adani Coal Mine, the Torture Taboo, political evolution in China and the North Korean nuclear program.
