This specialisation satisfies the Study Component of Accreditation to Teach/Teach Religious Education in a Catholic School. The units cover a range of topics related to Catholic theology, culture of Catholic schools and the teaching of religious education. Please note that only baptised Catholics can teach religious education in Catholic schools.

This course is dedicated to producing quality graduates ready to take up employment across the early childhood sector including working with children in day care (birth to age four), kindergarten, preschool, pre-primary and years 1 to 3 in primary school.
