Managers holding a MBA with an Occupational Health and Safety specialisation will be in a unique position to manage and support OHS professionals in the field. Larger organisations, particularly those in the resources sector, employ a range of certified OHS professionals which managers are required to engage with, as well as regulators such as the Department of Mines and Petroleum and Worksafe.
