The specialisation in educational leadership is for current and aspiring educational leaders who value the importance of effective leadership and its impact on organisational success and student learning. The advanced coursework provides the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to lead and support the evolving needs of educational settings. Engaging in this advanced coursework will enable students to gain a real-world understanding of educational leadership and develop their ability to provide skillful and authentic leadership practice in any educational setting.

Graduates from this specialisation can choose from a wide variety of positions that require leadership. The specialisation will prepare graduates for informal and formal leadership positions across all school systems (Government, independent and Catholic) as well as universities and early learning centres.
