Civil with Environmental Engineering Specialisation

This specialisation is designed for students interested in civil with environmental engineering. The Master of Engineering (Civil with Environmental Engineering) provides graduates with strong competencies in both civil and environmental engineering content areas including concrete and steel design, construction technology and site management, environmental risk assessment and management. This enables graduates to gain a strong knowledge in environmental and humanitarian engineering aspects when working on civil engineering projects. The Civil with Environmental program focuses on the development of knowledge and skills relevant to professional engineering practice and along with a sound theoretical base, includes strong elements of practical problem solving, teamwork and project development. As a result, as well as having multiple technical and transferable skill competencies, graduates will gain strong analytical skills and have the ability to lead complex projects.
