The People and Culture Specialisation is designed for aspiring managers and professionals who want to build and champion positive workplace culture. Students build skills as an holistic professional with a person-centred approach to workplace success. This program also enables students to gain appreciation of the role of mental wellbeing and diversity in the success of a business. It develops an understanding of how to shape workforce and organisational culture through the use of people analytics, innovation, inclusion and wellbeing practices.
