Leading for Engagement in Early Childhood Specialisation

Effective from 01-JAN-2025 : Code SPAAUS

This specialisation is designed to equip students with knowledge and understanding to champion children’s engagement and optimise learning. The suite of units provides students with the opportunity to target topics of most significance to their leadership interests. Options include leading innovative practices for integrating STEM, developing expert knowledge for creative learning environment design and integrated arts (with Study Tour option), strategies for building partnerships and leading effective transitions to school for all learners, and developing expert knowledge and evidence-informed strategies for supporting considerate behaviours in early childhood settings.
