This specialisation targets aspiring and current, middle and senior managers in the mining sector in Australia and internationally, to build leadership capability focused on improving a culture of workplace safety, preventing sexual harassment, reducing workplace fatalities and injuries, and preparing the workforce for future safety challenges and opportunities.

Units in this course are delivered from the Joondalup Campus or Online, with two-day intensives delivered from Wellington Street in Perth CBD. Each unit will run over a period of five to eight weeks.
