This research Masters prepares students to be independent researchers with the ability to develop and implement a research proposal relevant to midwifery. The course is directed both at students with an interest in research and those planning a research career.

All applicants are required to be a current Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and have a relevant undergraduate degree, with equivalents considered, and a minimum of two years post-registration clinical experience.
Students must attain an academic IELTS with an overall band minimum score of 7.0 or above with no individual band less than 7.0.
