Graduate Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing

This professionally-orientated coursework program is for postgraduate students and industry practitioners with an undergraduate qualification. The course provides students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in both writing and editing.

Work Experience Option

Students in this course have the opportunity to seek a Work Integrated Learning placement with an appropriate agency equivalent to one unit of study.

Prerequisites

Students should have have completed at least 40 credit points with a course weighted average of 70 or above.

Enrolment process

Students wishing to undertake a work integrated learning placement should consult the Course Coordinator before enrolling in the Independent Project unit.

  • Bachelor degree; or
  • Equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience
