This coursework Masters is designed to develop and educate leaders and managers to meaningfully contribute to organisational success, by developing excellence in people management. It will provide students with the ability to respond to people management challenges, within contemporary organisations. Student's skills in communication, teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving will be developed through this program. This course will ensure graduates are business-driven HR professionals, who are experts in people management.

All students are required to have a Bachelor degree in a discipline other than Human Resource Management, with equivalents considered. Alternatively students can have a Graduate Certificate in a relevant discipline.
