Bachelor of Sport Management Honours

Effective from 01-JAN-2016 : Code Y36

This course for students who have completed and demonstrated strong academic ability in their Bachelor of Sport Management. The course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to undertake research on a critical issue, developing knowledge and applying research methods in their discipline area. It consists of research-based coursework, plus engagement in a research investigation, resulting in the production of a thesis with either a theoretical or an applied focus.

Admission requirements

  • Students will only be admitted to Honours where the specified weighted average mark is achieved in preceding studies.

Course Specific Admission Requirements

All applicants are required to have a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70 per cent or higher in their Bachelor degree, and provide a CV or resume, and an outline of their research topic.

Portfolio pathway applications are not accepted for this course.
