This minor comprises foundational aspects of counselling and psychotherapy. Students acquire theoretical foundations and a first clinical sense of the work of psychodynamic and humanistic ways of working. The experiential units facilitate self-development and a engagement with the notion that the counsellors personhood is the instrument of therapeutic change.
