This specialisation provides Registered Nurses with the knowledge to develop expertise in the provision of palliative care.

All applicants are required to be employed for a minimum of 18 hours per week in a palliative care setting.
Online
Students are required to undertake a year-long practicum unit whilst employed within their specialty clinical area. Students are assessed in the work place by their individual Clinical Facilitators and are required to demonstrate their competency in accordance with the advanced practice standards of their related professional organisation.
