Design Vet Specialisation

Effective from 01-JAN-2015 : Code VSAAAK

This specialisation is structured to provide training in the principles, techniques and processes required in designing for theatre and film. After initial exposure to basic visualisation and research skills, students are confronted, as a learning experience, with challenging design projects including sets, props and costumes. These projects precede practical design involvement in WAAPA productions and professional placement. Students also attend classes in drawing, technical drawing and computer aided design.
