VET Stream
Effective from 01-JAN-2025 : Code VSAACC
In the Music Artist performance stream students develop their skills through principal study lessons, performance workshops, ensembles, aural development, theory, music technology, history and performance practice. During their study students have access to workshops and performances, and also have access to WAAPA's rehearsal spaces and practice rooms. Students learn in a multi-disciplinary academy and have access to hundreds of outstanding performances across all art forms over the course of the year. The Music Artist stream focuses on creative original music, song writing, and performance preparation. Original music, both solo and collaborative, is combined with stagecraft skills in performance studies.
