CUA40513 - Certificate IV in Musical Theatre

This nationally-recognised qualification assists students in gaining experience in the areas of song, dance and acting. It focuses on audition techniques and develops the student's ability and knowledge in the area of music theatre.

Admission requirements

For admission to WAAPA VET courses:

Successful audition and/or folio and/or interview.

For admission to Professional Development courses offered through ECU as a VET RTO:

  • No specific requirements

Course Specific Admission Requirements

All applicants are required to attend an audition, and attend an interview. Students are required to demonstrate competence in vocal, dance and/or acting skills at Certificate III level. Additionally applicants must have completed CUSOHS301A "Follow occupational health and safety procedures" , with equivalents considered.

Portfolio pathway applications are not accepted for this course.
