We have on-campus accommodation at all three campuses, managed by Campus Living Villages.

Computer labs and wireless internet

Students enjoy 24-hour access to on-campus computing facilities.

Counselling service

Equity, diversity and disability services

These services provide support to students with diverse study needs.

Health service

Medical centres are conveniently located on the Joondalup and Mount Lawley campuses, providing GP and nursing treatments.

Assistive Listening Systems

ECU provides two types of assistive listening systems - induction loops (hearing loops) and infrared (IR) systems - in several teaching and learning rooms on the three campuses. Please refer to the supported room list for specific locations.

Induction Loop Systems (Hearing Loops)

Induction loop systems allow you to connect directly to the room's audio through a compatible hearing aid or cochlear implant using the T-coil setting.

Infrared (IR) Systems

IR systems require a portable receiver. Two receiver options are available for loan:

  • Belt pack receiver with neck loop (for use with T-coil hearing aids or cochlear implants)
  • Infrared receiver headset (for direct listening without a hearing aid)

If you need to borrow a hearing assistance kit (e.g. belt back, neck loop), you can loan one from the following locations:

  • Joondalup eLab (JO.31.233)
  • South West eLab (SW.3.101E)
  • City Campus (please visit or contact Access and Inclusion)

Library

Campus libraries provide comprehensive book and journal collections, electronic resources and facilities for study and research.

Student Hub

Student Hub is the first point of contact for all student enquiries, including academic information, enrolments and access cards.

Student Guild, clubs and associations

The Student Guild represents students on a range of academic and legal issues. It also offers many social and cultural activities through a range of clubs and associations.

Print, copy and scan services

ECU has partnered with Konica Minolta to deliver the managed print service that supports our commitment to sustainability, digital transformation, and cost-efficiency. This strategic initiative ensures our print environment is modern, reliable, and aligned with the needs of a growing, digitally-enabled university, enabling more integrated and efficient digital services across our campuses.
