Edith Cowan University is the second-largest university in Western Australia, offering over 300 courses across a diverse range of disciplines, and from undergraduate to doctoral levels of study. ECU works closely with schools and employers to optimise employment outcomes for graduates and to ensure those graduates are job ready.

ECU is therefore keen to connect employers with our students and graduates and can assist with finding:

  • undergraduate or postgraduate students to fill ongoing positions
  • candidates for graduate programs or internships
  • students for short-term casual or 'vacation' employment
  • volunteers

Services to employers

We offer the following services to employers and organisations who are seeking to connect with ECU students and graduates.

Advertising job opportunities through CareerHub

By registering on ECU's CareerHub you can directly advertise your job vacancies, internships, work experience, volunteer opportunities, vacation work and graduate programs to our students and graduates. You can register as an employer here.

Targeted on-campus presentations, seminars and information sessions

This is an effective strategy that enables employers and organisations to engage with students and staff members, promote employment opportunities, and advertise graduate programs to current students and recent graduates.

Career fairs and graduate panels where ECU graduates share their industry experience

Employers from industries as diverse as education, business, engineering, corrective services, mining and resources, defence, nursing, and many more have worked with ECU to develop successful events to connect with our students.
