University Contact Officers (UCOs) are available to provide information to students and staff who are, or feel that they may have been, the subject of bullying, harassment or discrimination at ECU. UCOs can provide information on relevant policies and procedures in conjunction with services available to assist in resolving the issue or concern
All ECU staff are required to complete EO Online - Professional Development. EO Online is an Equal Opportunity Professional Development program designed for Australian Universities. Module 1 should be completed by all staff and Module 2 is also required to be complete by those staff who have managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
