ECU has joined forces with Curtin University, UWA, Murdoch University and Notre Dame University for Respect at Uni Week. This year, Respect at Uni Week will run from 18 - 22 March.
Respect at Uni Week is an initiative from the Victorian Tertiary Primary Prevention Network, promoting the importance of respect, equality and inclusion on our campuses and online spaces.

She Is Not Your Rehab : Matt Brown
Taimalelagi Mataio Faafetai (Matt) Brown, is a New Zealand born Samoan author who works to eradicate domestic violence by supporting those who perpetrate violence, to heal. A survivor of family violence, he originally started his advocacy by sharing his story with men who frequented his busy barbershops to foster vulnerability, healing, and connection.

Presented by Curtin University
Dr Matty Phillips, School of Population Health, will present the findings of his recently conducted research project and consider the implications of online dating for all participants. This presentation will shed light on how users navigate the balance between authentic self-presentation and strategic impression management, offering insights that are pertinent for both staff and students.
