We are committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for everyone at our university. As part of this commitment, we have developed a comprehensive Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response Plan designed to prevent gender-based violence, including sexual harm, and ensure a timely, support and fair response to incidents when they occur.
However, to ensure its effectiveness, we need your valuable input. We invite all ECU students and staff to review the plan and provide feedback. Your insights and experiences are crucial in helping us identify any gaps and improve our strategies.
You can access the plan here [Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response Plan 2024_DRAFT.docx] and submit your feedback through the online survey by Friday 23 August.
