Three high achieving ECU staff members have been recognised with an Edith Cowan Athena SWAN Advancement Scheme honour in the fourth round of the highly sought-after Awards.
The Edith Cowan Athena SWAN Advancement Scheme aims to celebrate gender diversity in the spirit of the Athena SWAN Charter principles. The Scheme supports staff who have parental and/ or caring responsibilities as they progress in their careers and/or recognising gender equality champions who make a difference to the status quo at work, every day.
A large congregation of ECU staff members celebrated the award winners at a ceremony which took place on 20 August, co-hosted by Vice-Chancellor, Professor Steve Chapman and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Strategic Partnerships), Professor Cobie Rudd.
