To verify the qualification of an ECU graduate use our Graduate Verification Service.

Transcripts

You can obtain copies of your academic transcripts and testamur (graduation certificate) from the University. Alumni receive a complimentary academic transcript of their results in the mail after they’ve graduated. Please email submit an enquiry if you need additional copies.

Free digital documents are available to you if you graduated from July 2018. For any course completed prior to this date, you’ll need to request the document for a fee. Please see the Transcripts webpage for more information.

My eQuals

Students and graduates who have been issued documents on the My eQuals platform will receive an email notification from ECU when a document is available. This email will contain instructions and a link to create an account.

  1. You’ll receive an email once your document is uploaded and ready
  2. Follow the instructions in the email
  3. Sign up using your student email account

You must use your ECU student email to sign in for the first time. Once you’ve created your eQuals account, you can choose to link your account to other email or social media accounts.

Graduation live stream

Graduation ceremonies in Perth can be streamed live online. Passwords for each ceremony will be emailed to all eligible graduates at time of graduation (February and September), which can then be shared with friends and family.
